A FIGHT A DECADE IN THE MAKING!  WHO WILL WIN?

In October of 2009, a photographer had an idea for a creative project.  He photographed willing zombies at the Toronto Zombie Walk (R.I.P.).  The next month, he did the same for wrestlers of BSE Pro Wrestling (R.I.P.).  And then the whole project came to a grinding halt in December.  Just over 10 years later, the images were found on a hard drive and found a new life in WRESTLERS vs. ZOMBIES, a Blurb book he created because...  ???

HEY!  WHY NOT BUY THE BOOK FORM?!

Look, I get it.  They're expensive.  I had no control over that.  That's why I built this site and shared every picture in the book!

But rest assured, the pittance of coin that comes my way for these books won't make me rich.  In fact, on the unlikely chance I get any money at all, I'm just going to give it to a charity.  Nothing big and boastful, just whatever charity is around.  I donate lots of clothes to the YWCA, why not them?

This isn't a well organized thing, you know?

Like I said above, I'm not looking to make money off of a self published book. I just did it because, however a critic may feel about whatever lighting or technique I used a decade ago, I felt these images deserved to have some form of life. And I don't feel great about keeping any money I MIGHT make on these books, because nobody posing for these pictures thought I'd be profiting off of them (although, lots of the wrestlers STILL use them for the many indy posters I see around town...).

As stated in the book, a big thanks go out to Thea Munster and Arda Ocal, who allowed me to photograph the people you see here. I'd wish them all the best, but they're both doing very well, so... I wish them more of that?

And if you do buy the book, thanks. It actually means more than I'm letting on.

Bonus Images That Didn't Make The Book!

...and don't think I don't feel bad about that, people/zombies in these pictures!
